The Ingredients: Bergamot | Lavender | Coconut | Currants | Vanilla | Musk

Bergamot is traditionally known for its uplifting and mood boosting qualities. A citrus plant, it is also cleansing by nature, and promotes uplifting the spirit , happiness, and focus. Bergamot is considered to having heating and drying elements, in Ayurveda. This means it will pacify Kapha and Vata, and associated with the Fire Element. Bergamot oil helps us go with the flow of life and assists in releasing fears. Bergamot oil is associated with the heart chakra and solar plexus.

Lavender is one of the most well known oils! Considered in many traditions as "The Mother oil" because of its well known and versatile uses. It can bring clarity to situations and spiritual communication with intuitive insight. Since lavender cold and dry, it is associated with the air element in Ayurveda. Other traditions associate lavender with air and water. Can be used to aid the third eye, crown and heart chakra. Lavender is warding and purifying.

Coconut : If you look at a coconut shell, you can imagine why coconut would be a protective thing. Coconut has been connected to chastity, fertility, and love. Coconut has been used in folklore traditions to protect against evil and in cleansing rituals.

Black Currants are all about speaking our truth. In the older herbal books you will see them called "gooseberries". Assists in shielding from negativity and to protect and cleanse a space.
